Wednesday last week Em and I made our own Goldfish crackers!  I know, it's nuts, Kevin asked Nikki, "Doesn't she think Sunshine does a good enough job?"  They do, but it's the fun of the adventure, the thrill of #1 using the food processor and rolling dough to cut with a cutter.  At first I wasn't going to do it, and told Kristin that after she sent me the link to the http://www.cupcakeproject.com/ blog.  But the more I thought about it the more I had to do it!  And they were pretty good.  Next up we're going to try her graham crackers (and I think I'll find one of those marshmallow recipes I've always thought looked neat for some super labor intensive s'mores!).  There was also mention of homemade oreos on her site too!  I think we'll have a summer of baking projects!  I think we'll have to make a box oven to try cooking outside on super hot days...the possiblities are endless!
