Wheat Pizza Crust
I've used this recipe for years, but just recently (BTW I just realized the resident tech-e spelled recipe wrong, I'll have to get on him for that) used it for the grill, it worked great for that too!
- 1 envelope (2 1/4 tsp) dry active yeast
- 1 cup warm water (115 degrees F)
- 2 TBS olive oil
- 1 1/2 cup wheat flour
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups white flour
